Data Deletion Instructions

Method 1

Uninstall the Extension

    Open chrome://extensions in your Chrome browser.

  2. 2

    Find ShadowDM in the list of installed extensions.

  3. 3

    Click Remove and confirm when prompted.

  4. 4

    This deletes everything ShadowDM stored locally in your browser — your login token and all settings.

⏱ Note: Uninstalling removes all on-device data immediately. To also delete the account, voice settings, and business-knowledge text stored on our servers, use Method 2 below.

Delete Server Data via Email

    Send an email to help@shadowdm.cloud.

  2. 2

    Use the exact subject line: Data Deletion Request - ShadowDM

  3. 3

    Send it from the email address you used to sign in to ShadowDM so we can locate your account.

  4. 4

    We will confirm receipt and permanently delete your account, voice settings, and business-knowledge text within 48 hours.
